Crime Victim Services announces new promotion

Lima, OH - Crime Victim Services is pleased to announce that Abigail Hefflinger, JD, has been promoted to Director of Allen County Court Advocacy & CASA. Abby will also continue to serve as our Staff Attorney, as she has since 2018.
“Abby brings a wealth of passion, knowledge and prior experience working with CASA Volunteer Coordinators and CASA GAL Volunteers and I am thrilled for her to take on this role within the agency,” said Deputy Director, Ryn Farmer
