    OUTCOME MEASUREMENT

    Our success is measured on how well you recover from the trauma of victimization.

    Picture

    Inspired by renewed dignity and fortified with support, victims find safety, healing, justice, and restitution and thrive in their recovery.

    With nearly 40 years of helping victims, we've discovered that most crime victims share four common needs in the wake of a victimization:
    they need to feel safe;  they need to find healing, spiritually, emotionally, and physically;
    they need to seek justice whether or not that involves the justice system; and they need to recover what was lost in the form of restitution.
    All of our programs and services seek to help victims meet these needs with dignity and support.

    To better understand how we measure success in victim services, please view our Crime Victim Services Quality Outcome Dashboard below:
    Crime Victim Services recognizes that each individual has unique needs. We are committed to providing quality services to our clients through a variety of programs, some of which have their own Outcome Logic Models in order to better address those needs.
    • Victim Offender Dialogue (Victim)
    • Victim Offender Dialogue (Offender)
    • Property, Violent, Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence

    Below are additional examples of how to integrate outcomes and quality measures with job duties and activities:
