Quality and Outcome Measurement

Our success is measured on how well you recover from the trauma of victimization.

QUALITY AND OUTCOME MEASUREMENT OVERVIEW
for Crime Victim Services

Measuring:  Quality Programs & Victim Outcomes is a January 24, 2007, Power Point presentation used by Crime Victim Services.  It contains 72 slides.

Individual programs have their own Outcome Model, including the Victim MinistryVictim Offender Mediation - Victims, Victim Offender Mediation - OffendersVictim Impact Panel, and Domestic Violence Women's Support Group.

The Outcome Model for Property, Violent, Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence victims is iere.  For readability, it has been sub-divided into four section), for safety, healing, justice, & restitution.  Each illustrates the concept of linking activities, outputs and outcomes.

The general victim survey is color coded by type of victimization & staff member, with a different survey for Victim Ministry participants (Mediation and Panel surveys are under construction) and a survey for sexual assault victims at the hospital.

There is a chart of statistics for surveys mailed and returned (sexual assaults surveys are combined).
