  • Try Internet access, look up web-site and on the left hand side there is an icon that says they can check if they are registered. Click on that and give the information. It will pop up the social service # and you can print it out.
  • If that doesn't work, try phone numbers and use system.
  • If you want an operator dial either numbers then when the machine first picks up, dial a 1. Then push 0 several times until it says that you've pushed invalid numbers to wait and speak to an agent. The best time to call is 8:00am central time zone.
